Spiritex ships all packages via the United States Post Service (USPS) or by UPS Ground.

At Spiritex, if you place an order for over $50, you qualify for free shipping. These purchases ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and should arrive within one week of your order being shipped by us. If you require faster shipping, purchases can be sent via USPS Priority for an additional charge.

For purchases below $50, Spiritex sends packages via UPS or USPS at the rate listed during check-out.

Returns and Exchanges:

We happily accept returns and exchanges. We do have a few policies to consider:

For Returns/Exchanges: Items bought on our website can be brought into our retail store and returned/exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If you do not live in the area, you will need to ship a package to our retail store in downtown Asheville. When shipping your package to us, be sure to include a copy of the invoice. All returns and exchanges must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase.

For purchases made during the holiday season (November 1 - December 31st), we have extended our returns/exchange policy to 60 days after items were purchased.
